This Privacy Policy describes how NailDrip ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application ("the App") and related services. By using NailDrip, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. We do not store your password — authentication is handled by Apple or Google.
User Content. We collect nail designs you create, save, and share within the App, including any customizations, color selections, and design preferences.
Communications. If you contact us for support, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
Waitlist & Marketing. If you sign up for our waitlist or marketing communications, we collect your email address.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, designs created, screens viewed, session duration, and actions taken. We use PostHog for product analytics.
Device Information. We collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic data.
Crash & Performance Data. We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance metrics to improve App stability.
Attribution Data. We may use Branch.io or similar services to understand how you discovered the App, including referral links.
Payment Information. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Apple handles all payment processing. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and transaction history.
Authentication Providers. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We do not receive your password.

Service Providers. We share data with third-party services that help us operate the App, including PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash reporting), Branch.io (attribution), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (payments). These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NailDrip, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers. If NailDrip is acquired, merged, or sells assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
NailDrip may use artificial intelligence to assist with design suggestions, rendering, and other features. When AI features are active:
We retain your account information and saved designs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Usage and analytics data is retained in aggregate, de-identified form and is not linked back to your account after deletion.

NailDrip is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
